No return label. rating should be zero stars. no way to get refund from them. OCTOBER 18 UPDATE : MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION .IT TOOK 4 MONTHS BUT I GOT MY MONEY BACK. TO EVERYBODY : ADVISE YOUR C/C COMPANY OF THE SCAM , AND FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS UNTIL YOU ARE CREDITED.

Nothing was refunded, Parfumly is a bunch of fraudulent people,liars,scammers and only God knows what else... How many more people will get robbed? Scammers This is a scammer company who doesn’t exist November 2023 i bought a parfume from them 56 euro 100 mil i received 30 mil something else totally different from what i bought. The parfume which i received you can get in ebay for 5 £ 😔 i contacted them they replied to me with 3 different costumer service names apologies what happened but you never get another purchase.The trick of this game how they make money is paying them direct to the account from online banking. In this case your bank can’t solve this problem and you are profesionaly scammed. Don’t purchase anything from this company I have more than 10 emails with them telling me we sent you a new package . Today is 24.04.2024 i got email with old tracking number and nobody is responding .

i wish i would read the reviews before… i wish i would read the reviews before i have placed the order with Parfumly.com. seems that the business module they have is sending fake wrong perfume from Belarus, upon arriving wrong item they quickly ship correct item which has been in transit for months. if you do want to get a refund you need to send perfume to Norway ( sending perfume outside UK if forbidden as considered hazardous). then gone silent. will try to contact my bank but have little hope.

Hands off... An absolute rip-off and scam... I ordered 3 fragrances from parfumly.com in September 2022, only one of which arrived and it turned out to be fake. The bottle clearly had traces of glue, which means it was filled with something cheap. I couldn't even say whether it was the original fragrance, as this perfume is not available in Germany. I have NOT received the 2 other fragrances I ordered to date (and it is now January 2024). Despite repeated enquiries and requests for refunds of the amounts paid for them, I have been put off. Die Flasche wies eindeutig Klebstoffspuren auf, das heißt sie wurde mit irgendwas billigem befüllt. Ob es überhaupt dem Originalduft entsprach, konnte ich nicht mal sagen, da dieses Parfum nicht in Deutschland erhältlich ist. Die 2 anderen bestellten Düfte, habe ich bis heute (und wir haben mittlerweile Januar 2024), NICHT erhalten. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage und Aufforderung Rückerstattung der dafür bezahlten Beträge, wird man nur hingehalten. Ein absoluter Beschiss und Saftladen...
