Still no package, but Tracking says delivered again. One excuse after another from company, refusing to refund. Scammed.

READ BOTTOM OF REVIEW I ordered 3 pairs of $8 jeans despite the bad reviews.. well lesson learned. It took an entire month for my package to finally say it was “delivered” and yet, I still never received it. Contacted customer service and they spewed a bunch of bull about “maybe your neighbors have it” so I said they don’t. Then they tell me they can “offer me a 60% refund” so I inform them I’ll be writing a bad review for them and 3 seconds (literally) later they emailed again saying they “applied to their superiors” and were “able to get me a 90% refund” … interesting how they talked to their superiors so fast. Anyway I’m taking the 90% refund and learning a lesson. Don’t buy from here. So I’m just learning that I bought from LimeLush-Boutique, which is the scam website based off the real LimeLush. So I will leave my review to warn people, but change the rating since I had the wrong site.

I would leave 0 stars if possible I… I would leave 0 stars if possible I placed an order in November and have yet to receive anything contacted customer service multiple times and it's been excuse after excuse! They said they would ship me a replacement order got an email that it was delivered again and still no package! Do not use this site if it seems to good to be true it is!

Do Not Buy from!! Huge scam!!!! I have been fighting with this company since November. Same experience. Tracking says delivered. Offered to resend with signature. Again says delivered but did not receive. Says there are problems with delivery in my area. Never had any problems ever. Huge Scam!!!!

No Even Exchanges They do not allow exchanges. What company doesn’t do an even exchange in 2024?!? I won’t buy from them ever again. Getting a refund takes forever and even if you pay for the insurance so you get a free return label you still have to package it to return and bring it to FedEx. Too much of a hassle. The return envelope should be included when you pay for it.
