I tried to cancel my order before it shipped as per their website and they refused then quickly printed a shipping label after I asked again so that they can claim it’s already shipped. Submitted a chargeback to my bank as it’s obvious this product is not fit for purpose and a waste of money from a scam company

It took forever to arrive and when I… It took forever to arrive and when I got it it didn’t even work. Only grabbed 3 hairs and that’s it. It’s a scam!!!! It had some scratches on it and the packaging was beat up. I have emailed them multiple times and called but their phone number doesn’t work and they never answer. I paid $60.00 and can’t even get my money back. Don’t even put your card number down it’s not worth it.

Amazing live chat service! Amazing! I accidentally ordered a product with the incorrect plug adaption, I was emailing back and forth and didn’t get anywhere. However I decided one last try today using their live chat and it has been resolved just like that. I am being sent out a replacement with the correct outlet, free of charge for my inconvenience of not having it resolved already. I would 100% recommend using this feature. My assistant, Isaac, provided excellent service. Efficient, helpful, polite, understanding. Everything you look for in a customer service assistant. Thanks so much, you completely turned how I felt about the company previously around in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend using this company and their live chat if you have any issues, Isaac resolved my issue immediately and informed me of all I needed to know about the resolution. Thank you!

Best dyson dupe!!! Best. Product. Ever. Literally the perfect dyson air wrap dupe. I’ve tried a few dupes from other companies and this one has to be the best. The attachments are almost identical to dysons and it works just as well for less than half the price.

If I could give zero stars that’d be… If I could give zero stars that’d be it. Listen to the reviews people…scam is indeed the only word that describes the company. Simple as that. They wont refund anything thats on sale, so be extra aware of that. The product is flimsy and two of the attachments wont even hold /attach to the blower.
