Ordered 2 dog beds 4 weeks ago and they… Ordered 2 dog beds 4 weeks ago and they haven't arrived. Initially they replied to my emails then blanked me. I have now escalated it with pay pal. Really bad service. I would avoid. Update.... after a lot of emails I have finally been refunded my money. My emails began to get answered after involving Ebay. All sorted now. The one good thing is the person I dealt with was brill and did get it sorted. Still won't use again though. Better communication from them would help.

Not a scam, just slow service Hi guys after reading all the reviews on here I assumed it was a scam like everyone else mostly due to the lack of information. However, the day after a logged a dispute with my bank about this transaction - the resistance bands I ordered arrived. To be fair they seem a pretty good product for the price but have yet to stand the test of time. Feel a bit embarrassed assuming this was a scam and logging a complaint. JUST TO BE CLEAR THIS IS NOT A SCAM COMPANY THEY ARE JUST HAVING DELAYS DUE TO COVID 19. Although I agree the poor communication was not excusable so I will give them a 3.

Scammers WARNING!! Ok it seems something like aliexpress,wish site just reskinned to UK version,with fake reviews if you will see all reviews are 5stars or 4 stars on any product,all of them is positive and nothing negative whats is really impossible...Delivery and costumers service is horrible.Looks like they reselling everything from aliexpress and wish ,and faking reviews to make customers fell like that item is really good and trusty.
