Trending Deals is a scam company! Will never do business with this company again! I placed an order for 2 stocking stuffer gifts for Christmas before Thanksgiving. I did not receive these items until after New Year's! Nothing in the envelope - no order confirmation or return instructions - nothing! I sent numerous emails and tried calling - nothing! The items were those "forever" light lighters - and they don't work! This is simply an Asian company who is using a U.S. address to fool people who don't want to order from Asia anymore. Don't waste your time or money! Do not order from Trending Deals!

This company is TOTALLY A SCAM This company is TOTALLY A SCAM. I ordered a 3-pack of universal sockets and I received a plastic tray. Then I asked for a refund and the refund was conditional upon me destroying the items I received. Being plastic, I have no idea how to destroy them. I'll throw them in the trash because they are useless to anyone. Don't have a clue as to what someone would use them for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM i Trending Deals is a SCAM company.

Poor Quality and Bad Customer Service Ordered a sprts logo rug as a Christmas gift. The images were stretched to fit, so they were elongated/distorted--not a quality image as pictured on the website. Attempted to contact via email multiple times with the company only responding once, asking for proof. Sent pictures and have never recieved further communication after following up three additional times. Would not recommend purchasing items from this website.

They sold me a defective item and didn't return my money! Several weeks ago, I ordered a Sabrent Memory Card Reader for my desktop computer. Including shipping, it was about $25. The part turn out to be defective. I emailed them and asked for a for a return/refund. They said that they could not do so because "it was passed their return window". I ordered the part on August 15th and I asked for the refund on September 17th, 2 days after a potential 30-day return window. I asked them several times to change their denial but they just never answered my emails. I tried to look up a phone number for them but the internet had none. This is red flag! Don't do business with companies that don't have customer service phone talk to real person! Companies that are so strict about their return policies are not interested in you, they're interested only in their bottom line! Avoid companies like this and avoid this company!

After reading a lot of these reviews I… After reading a lot of these reviews I was really scared that I’ve spent money on something that would either not receive or it doesn’t look as pictured. But my transaction was smooth and I received my tracking number within 5 business days. It took about 3 weeks to receive my custom crocs I ordered, and they looked exactly as pictured. My only issue I have is that I didn’t realize crocs run small and I hate that I can’t exchange them for a bigger size because they are super cute. And as far as what other people say that they are not located in the US. I would say that’s true because the packages are coming from China. Just wished they offered exchanges, but other than that, good product.
