BIG SCAM Supposedly they couldn’t send because they didn’t have the address, and it took a month to respond. Then I asked for a refund and I got ignored, so I asked for a re-ship of the item, they finally responded and I had to repay for shipping, it was not a lot but it’s the matter of the fact that they messed up. Another month later I received them, I’ve been using them but it’s a big SCAM!!! Don’t waste your time or money!

No product No product, no shipping information, no contact, no response to emails. What more negative can I say? I am not happy but glad I used Paypal, I at least will get my money back. Shame on james at fcbristol dot com

One Big Scam Who really knows where this company is actually located. One thing is for sure, it's not in The USA or Canada. If you pay attention to the syntax of the English on the site; even the syntax of purported customers (even ones with very American names) you'll quickly see that this is one elaborate scam. Once you place your order, the money will be taken almost immediately and you'll have to wait around 45 days for your product to actually arrive and when it does arrive, you'll receive incorrect quantities and/or incorrect colors. But, seriously, don't worry about the colors because this product does not work. I'd strongly advise you not put anything from this company in your eyes as there's no reliable way to know what's actually in it. The packaging is unprofessional and very suspicious. Don't risk your vision for the false hope of changing your eye color. The only surefire way to do it is to undergo surgery.

I did order 3,bottles I did order 3,bottles. In all honesty there is no contact and it took so long to get them, I forgot I had an order. But... I have been using them about 3 weeks EXACTLY as directed. No more than that. One thing I noticed is that when I wake up, I have a little more fine crust on the corner of my eyes. No blurry vision or pain. There is a very faint change in my eye color, nothing dramatic as of yet but it is only 3 weeks. I can tell because people I see every day look at me hard and ask what eye make up am I using? but can't figure it out. I can imagine in 3 months it will be noticeable. It works but slow.

Product is from China and doesn't work even 1% Product is from China, not USA as stated on their site. You will receive no order confirmation, no shipping or tracking details and no in-person email communication. There is no customer service. If you email them, they will not respond. I actually did receive my bottle. But it did NOTTHHINNNGGGG. It actually made my eyes feel quite refreshed, but then so does contact lens solution! It did nothing to alter my eye colour at all. AVOID.
