five stars! I used BSign for a renovation project of a large condominium complex. They were incredibly helpful in the design process, and efficient in processing the order. Their products are beautiful and Andrew was fabulous to work with!

Buyer beware … UPDATED 8/6/22 Andrew refunded me . He said he mailed to wrong address. Placed an order through Etsy on 6/29/22 for 2 small signs. Waited 4 weeks and sent an email asking about delay . Andrew replied that it had been delivered . Very odd as I didn’t receive anything . He sent me USPS delivery notification which clearly showed it delivering to CANADA . Wrong address and wrong country . I understand these things can happen . Asked for a refund or a remake , and after 6 emails and 2 weeks of not getting anywhere , I’m taking this as a lesson and loss. ….and will not order from this company again.

Large Order B Sign Store did our signage package for our entire hotel remodel. Correspondence was timely. The packaging was fantastic. Turned out amazing!

Good design, took a long time to arrive Since placing an order, it's been 1 month. I've followed up multiple times, and 2 weeks ago was given a USPS number that remains inactive. Update: Hooray, finally received the order! It took about 5 weeks, and I was honestly starting to worry about having been scammed. Good quality, we love the signs. If I was rating for the product alone it would be 5 stars. Good design and they were very willing to customize.
