GBLOVE Minted I don't understand the negative reviews. I used Minted for my wedding invitations, menus, guest cards, and thank you cards. Minted has the BEST customer service. They give you the option to proof your products multiple times. The customer service representatives are patient and reliable. On several occasions, Minted sent me replacement items when I needed to update something. I recommend Minted to anyone who will listen.

GBQuick and understanding customer service! I made a typo on my wedding invitations and somehow didn’t notice until they came in the mail. I was immediately panicked and worried that I would have to spend all that money again because the mistake was my fault. Customer service emailed me back on a Sunday evening after hours and resolved the issue right away. I was completely refunded and able to reorder them and fix my mistake. Niña Mae was so understanding of how important and stressful the wedding planning process was and replied to my emails within minutes. I am so happy we chose minted for our wedding invitations and I will continue to use them for any stationary needs I have.

GBAwesome Customer Service and Print Quality Teams The entire Minted team was truly awesome to work with. Very professional and responsive to a couple issues I had. One was on the Minted side and the team took great care of me; and the other was on my side when I made a mistake on a printed item for my daughter's wedding. In both instances they went above and beyond in helping me. Minted will always be my first choice for printed items!

GBPoor customer service Poor customer service. Posted a negative review earlier this week and I am still waiting after several days to get a straight answer on when my cards will ship. It seems like a few others are experiencing the same terrible customer service at Minted. I have called several times and each time I am given a cryptic answer blaming the production company, which is clearly a third party. Minted also clearly has no grasp of the situation and there is no near term solution. Incredibly frustrating especially during the holidays.
