No customer service I recieved incorrect item and was overcharged. My attempts to reach customer services for three weeks are unsuccessful - it appears that my concern is simply being ignored.

Armani after shave is knock off After having been charged more than indicated for delivery, I find that the Armani after shave in the 1.7 oz. is NOT the same as would be purchased elsewhere. The color is much darker and the fragrance is certainly not the same as the original Armani. Do not be fooled by these people. They are selling poor quality knock off fragrances.

Rip Off I bought what I thought was a deal on some Marc Jacobs perfume. The item came without a box, seal broken, and leaked all over the packaging. I wrote them an email (the only way other than a fax that you can contact them) a week ago and they have not replied. Poor service ,lousy product, and a feeling of being taken. I will never order from this company again. And I`m $130.00 poorer for the experience.

BAD..REALLY BAD. !!! Please, do not buy from this website. I put an order , you can not contact then by phone , they never answer my e-mail and never got the order. Pay Pal refund me the money. Years ago I did not have problems. I found discontinuos items but this time was bad , really bad.
