GBAfter a month of dealing with customer service, I still don’t have my product I don’t usually do bad reviews, and I try to be patient and understanding, because I understand things happen. But I ordered this product almost a month ago, and paid for expedited shipping, which was an additional $15. I have reached out several times to the company. It takes forever for them to respond, and when they do it’s “I don’t know why your order didn’t actually ship, let me looking into it.” Or “let me reach out to the warehouse and see what is going on”. And then nothing gets done and you never hear back from them. So… at this point I am out $65 and still haven’t gotten my product. It’s been a joke dealing with this, and at this point if they can’t figure out how to send a product out, hopefully they can figure out how to refund, and it doesn’t take a month. Save yourself the headache…

GBI have tried to contact Lashology… I have tried to contact Lashology regarding my issues with the lash lift product and I never received a response. Except to ask how long I left the product on my lashes. I have tried several times in several ways to get a response. The product didn’t work for me, but may have potential... Wish customer service was better.
