Took A Chance, Glad I DID! Wow, what great customer service. I honestly was reluctant to purchase my toner supplies from this company because I had not heard of them but took a chance and I am so glad I did. My order took over 3 weeks to ship My order took over 3 weeks to ship. The policy states I would receive my order in 5 to 8 business days. I emailed the company after 2 weeks and never got a response.
