CANot reliable I ordered three perfumes from this company on May 21, 2017. Their website promises shipment dispatched 3-5 business days. May 26, no word confirming shipment of my order. I send email asking when are my items being shipped? They said one item is out of stock and they will send when item comes in as they are waiting for restock. Next day I get an email saying my order has been sent on May 27 so I am assuming the perfume is now in stock and my full order has been shipped. But no. A couple days later they send email saying item cannot be stocked, perfume impossible to find and they are refunding item to my VISA. I check my VISA, money returned for that item. June 6, I get another email saying my order has been sent. What? June 7th I also get another email saying the perfume that I ordered that they didn't have and couldn't get is now in stock and I can order it if I am interested! Huh?! What exactly is being sent in my order? Did my order go out May 27 or June 6th? If I ever get this order I will be amazed. Won't be ordering from them again. There are better online perfume companies out there. Beware.

CHIt's scam It's scam! I ordered 3 Lanvin arpège pour homme and I got a yellow liquid (instead of transparent) with a cheap short-term fragrance. I'm sure they won't pay me back.

GBShady I put in an order from here, and received a confirmation, and they charged my card. After a good bit of time had gone by, I never got a tracking e-mail or update. I send three requests asking for a tracking number. I went to look again, and the charge on my card was gone. They finally e-mailed me back (a week later) and said my order was canceled. So they canceled my order without no notice or anything? I asked them why they canceled, and they gave me some cryptic message about card security... Very shady. I would (and will) avoid.

GBRude customer service, shady practice Beware, they can cancel orders at will and leave you in the dark. I placed some orders with an advertised coupon and kept getting cancelled. They gave excuses of invalid phone number but I suspect the real reason was because prices were too low after coupon. And since when do merchants have to call customers in order to process an order with credit card? I had to email to find out status of my orders only to meet awful customer service which doesn't show any interest in getting your orders. They lied about emailing me asking for permission to cancel and insinuate me of credit card fraud. Their mall store is just as bad, making me fight for a legit return with receipt that was bought 5 mins prior. I will never buy or recommend anyone of perfume emporium.
