GBQuick, helpful response from support I needed a file converted from the existing format to a blender file, so I contacted support, and they converted the file and got it to me by the next morning! Awesome response time and customer service.

COGreat service!! I bought a 3d file, but they didn't have a .blend archive available, I asked for a conversion yesterday, and today they sent it to me directly to my email. It was even less than 24 hours ago, and the file works perfectly! 10/10 the ratio response and the efectiveness of their service, I really recommend it!
