GBDo NOT recommend! Ordered a Tesla Model 3 (2018-Present) da Vinci Sketch Art Print on 8/28/21 and got a confirmation email but never got the shipping notification within 2-3 days like it stated. I waited a week to email them to follow up, no response so I had to send a second email 3 days later (9/7) then got this response: "For some reason it was not processed on the day you submitted and it’s not clear why that it is." I was told it'll dispatch 'tomorrow' (9/8) and will reach me in 3 days. Followed up twice after that and as of 11:49 am on 9/10 still no reply and no shipping confirmation email. Had to dispute the charge, definitely do not recommend.

GBExcellent communication Excellent communication! I ordered a custom print of an Infiniti Q50 and Kritz walked me through the whole process and kept me updated along the way. Final product was perfect, from the details in the picture to the framing. Worth the money!

GBClose to 5 stars The picture was good and it showed up on time and packaged very well as not to bend or damage the print. The paper was nice and thick. The reason it's not 5 stars is I was hoping for the notes written out to the side of the vehicle to be readable and actual notes and be little extra info about the vehicle not just scribbles that look like notes from a couple feet away.

CARed flags. I think the store shut down but they can still take your money! Placed an order March 8 and never received a shipping confirmation. I emailed customer support 3 weeks later and the email bounced back. I also messaged them directly on their website and it's been a week with no response. Next step is to file a report with Better Business Bureau. If you're no longer in business, just shut down your site, dude. It is so not cool that you still accept automatic payments. If you look up the address on Google, it's an apartment in San Francisco that's up for rent. This is no longer a print factory so much as it is a red flag factory.
