They say my account is active, yet I never downloaded anything, cause it never worked.. Also, you get a million emails from Infografolio after signing up. What a scam

I have the same issue in accessing the content after payment Edit: Thank you. The issue has been rectified. There appeared to be a time delay. Thank you for your prompt response. I have the same issue in accessing the templates after payment. When creating an account in the email received, the pop up box states to use the' same email address used at checkout to access your content' This appears to be inconsistent with the advice given to customers in previous reviews where you advise to use a different email account. Please rectify.

Good slides for lifetime use I've not been able to compare infograpify with other, similar providers, but my experience is very positive. There is a large selection of easily adaptable templates, most of which are often updated or expanded which you notified via email. I can't remember what I paid because they've always got a blag sale on, but definitely not more than £30 for lifetime access. The free icons are alright too.

I'm a Sr. Presentation Specialist and for the past 25 years, I have produced 25K+ PowerPoint slides for various international consulting firms. Thanks Infograpify ;) Please note - I've seen a few comments about folks not being able to log in to download the templates. I emailed support and then received notice that my account was active and the login details. It worked fine after that. Hope his helps. :)
