GBWe recently had some issues with our… We recently had some issues with our copier and immediately reached out to our Go To TEAM at JTF! Zach has been our representative for years and each time we reach out for any issues he is quick to involve his team of experts to help us out. We are a concert production company that must have our copier for designing purposes at all times. We have several employees using it at any given time. We recently had to get assistance when the machine just quit working. The team at JTF worked diligently and with care to make sure we were up an going as quickly as possible. GBItem was NOT in stock I ordered a printer showing "IN STOCK". Order canceled the next day because it was not, and the item information removed from the website. Seems like they don't update their stock status data regularly; waste of my item registering online just to buy the printer. Bought elsewhere and shipped the same day.

GBGave me an unbeatable price Gave me an unbeatable price. The customer service I received was equally impressive. I learned the printer I ordered online no longer was in stock, but the employee I communicated with apologized and was diligent about getting another one shipped to me as soon as possible. He also pointed out there was a similar, less-expensive model (without wi-fi) available to be shipped sooner, and it might be adequate for what I need. He was right and saved me a lot of money! Our small office was back up and running quickly.
