Zach has been our representative for years and each time we reach out for any issues he is quick to involve his team of experts to help us out. We are a concert production company that must have our copier for designing purposes at all times. We have several employees using it at any given time. We recently had to get assistance when the machine just quit working. The team at JTF worked diligently and with care to make sure we were up an going as quickly as possible. Thanks for taking care of business so that we could take care of ours! Definitely 5 star service!

FALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT BUY FALSE ADVERTISING!! Do NOT buy from JTF I purchased a printer from them, under the impression it was free shipping and the full printer set, when placing the order the invoice they sent had $540 dollars for "shipping and handling" which originally was supposed to be free, but they gave a bs excuse that it was due to the size of the printer. after 3 days that I placed the order they decide to call me and tell me if I want to pay an additional $140 dollars for the bottom part of the printer. I ask to speak to a manager since that was not specified on their details of the product, the picture shows the full set, and there is no choice to add it on their website. After I get transferred to the manager, he tells me he can give it to me at "cost" which is $280 dollars. TWICE the price their sales rep gave me. apart from being extremely rude.

JTF...excellent sales support...turnaround on support slow. Positive: Product pricing is very competitive with timely shipping. Excellent sales support(Zach Connelly)...also provides quick resolution to open issues. Negative:Slow turnaround on repair issues.

Item was NOT in stock I ordered a printer showing "IN STOCK". Order canceled the next day because it was not, and the item information removed from the website. Seems like they don't update their stock status data regularly; waste of my item registering online just to buy the printer. Bought elsewhere and shipped the same day.

JTF saved me $10,000 on costs and a fortune on labor. I'm sure many of you reading this review are overworked, in a small office, where you typical wear many hats throughout the day. My JTF rep helped me find a printer and accessories that have greatly improved how long it takes my office to produce reports. Saving our company almost $10,000 in the process. No more spending hours a day on large print jobs or spending hundreds a week at Staples. I cannot recommend this company high enough and will continue to use JTF for all of my printing needs.
