They made it right! Problem to solution in minutes I had an initially horrible experience, but my review here got a manager to call me. She had the files to me in 20 minutes and in the correct formats. She went out of her way to make sure that I am completely satisfied and I am. Excellent design group for my logo Excellent design group for my logo - the main contact who was my point of contact ensured trhat that the designer team listened to my EVERY suggestion and they always offered back two or three options of the revamped idea - even 5 or 6 options each time! I sent back many (like literally 40 ) revision ideas and with each one, they came up with something more. I worked this team to death and they diligently carried on and came through! Very pleased and would highly recommend.
