Mildly Disappointed Nice rendition of my logo on a custom LED neon sign. However, the center of the log (green UV printing) is difficult to see in low light conditions and doesn't pop against the black acrylic background like on the mock up. Not a bad product for the price just doesn't pop like I had hoped.

This is how business is meant to be done! I can’t possibly sum up in a quick review how dedicated, professional, honest and punctual Carl and Neon Signs Depot is and how easy it was to work on the custom sign I requested. First of all, Carl kept me in the loop every step of the way and seemingly never sleeps because he responded to emails almost immediately regardless of time of the day. Second of all, the craftsmanship is top notch; best work I’ve ever had done and the glass and transformer are solid and much more stable than the dozens of “fly by night” international sign companies that just pump out cookie cutter signs with cheap materials. The entire experience from first inquiry email to them to the delivery and follow up email from them was easier than expected and incredibly satisfactory. I will undoubtedly be getting more neon work done by them moving forward.

Far less expensive than alternatives… Far less expensive than alternatives and delivered a quality product! I looked around a lot, because we were very price sensitive and Neon Signs Depot will always be my go-to from now on!
