He was very patient and helpful to me; listening to my needs, providing me with info and asking his team about my special requests. Jason pinged me every time I needed to take another step in the process. He went even further by calling me and walking me through the software that delivered by logo. He also helped me to load the zip drive onto my computer. If every customer could have a representative like Jason, the world would be so much better!!!! Delivered As Promised Requested an updated logo and was given several choices, all of which were great. We settled in on a combination of two of the choices and Kevin gave us a great looking new logo. It was delivered in the time frame promised, and in a variety of file formats to suit our needs. Will not hesitate to use Kevin again in the future.
