Start Up As a start up small business this was my first experience designing a logo. Overall the experience was good. The process did take longer than I expected. I think some of the confusion we experienced could have been resolved if phone communication was available instead of just email communication. But even with saying that, my team loves our logo and are ready to move to the next step in launching our business.

Don't bother with this company Don't bother with this company. They are based in Nebraska but farms out work in Pakistan. They will not refund your money if they take too long of if is their fault. They will keep making changes until you like it. Don't even get started with this company. First I thought they were an American company. Then they hire foreigners at fractions of the cost.
