great quality and eco-friendly have been only using these for a month b/c the company I work for just foundout about recycled cartridges and we love them. they work great, just like a brand new cartridge from any office store. I would recommend captivate especially to a company that goes through a lot of ink.

Shipped wrong cartridge! Shipped wrong cartridge which caused significant disruption of service. After speaking to our office administrator I found out that the cartridge provided damaged our Neopost machine and that we were forced to replace it. We also were forced to purchase an OEM cartridge for the new machine at a significantly higher cost.

Quick and easy to use! I'm used to spending almost $60 on a 4-pack of HP printer cartridges. With Captivate I spent less than $30! Will definitely purchase my ink through Captivate again. Works great!
