Their vibe can be a bit cold and businesslike, but my last conversation with Sindhuja was very nice and helpful. I wish I didn't have to print a minimum amount of books with each print run.

GBComplete scam! Complete scam. Once they get your money and have you sign a contract you can never reach anyone. My boss worked with them on her book and they literally told us less than a week out they were not able to do it after receiving payment more than a month in advance. Very disappointing and they did not even offer an apology.
