It doesn't matter who answers the phone (or email), they are very helpful (and professional). It's nice to have your provider locked down, and we have that for our lettering needs!

Versatile Design Editor, Satisfactory Product DIY design process much more versatile and intuitive than competitors. Quick response from support as to the maximum practical dimensions for our decals being fit into a tight space. Decals were created quickly and shipped on time per our choice. Had a little trouble with installation likely due to not being able to start the process until a month after receiving the decals (the transfer tape was not flat probably because we kept the decals rolled up as received in the shipping box. Ultimately we were able to apply the decals to our satisfaction and would purchase from DIY Lettering again.

Happy beyond words Extremely HAPPY with ordering process and all the options to get exactly what I wanted in a design. This is a tribute to my deceased husbands racing legacy and a gift for our son to display on his own race car and in the window of his dad's Ram diesel still going strong since 1994. The delivery turnaround was superior. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you for making this little gift so perfect.

Bad experience all around I ordered vinyl letters through lettering.com. I got an email from signs.com wanting me to proof my order. It was completely wrong. Wrong font, wrong size, wrong color. I chatted with them and was told I needed to email. I emailed and was told that vinyl letters weren't available in the font I chose and I'd need to do a custom wall sign - not at all what I'm wanting. I then called and talked for 28 minutes and gave them the correct font, size and color and was told I would get another email with another proof sometime later. Frustrated doesn't describe where I am with this process.

5 years later: looking great I was just sending a link to my daughter for purchase of mailbox letters. I then noticed that I had bought the numbers for our mailbox in 2018. Wow our letters still look great! I have purchased from them twice now (mailbox run over) and will not look elsewhere for lettering. My daughter commented on how nice our numbers look especially compared to the crummy ones our neighbor has, she then asked where we got them.
