Great product I have been using this machine for a few weeks along with a massage oil I purchased at Amazon. I have seen & felt a difference in my legs & arms. My skin is smoother & tighter. If you exercise on a regular basis, the massaging & exercise will make a world of difference in your skins appearance.

No returns, basically! When I requested a return, I was advised as per their return policy, “ They recommend using 5 times per week. Taking a photo each week and then after 10 weeks send them the status photos (with dates) of the area so they can gauge whether or not there has been progress. If they don’t agree with my position they can then deny the return. I do not have such a smartphone that takes photos with dates (too complicated even for me to figure out)! No more replies from Ultra-Cavitat! Please, do yourself a favor- DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I'll file a complaint with BBB; then I'll go "higher"!

I recently ordered from Ultra Cavitat… I recently ordered from Ultra Cavitat and while my experience was standard, I would consider it almost good. They had me saticfied with the delivery time, and the prices were good. Regarding the selection, there was nothing out of the ordinar that I could not find. I think the product quaitly was descent as well however tye could definately do better in customer service. The staff could be more attentive, friendly and profesional. All in all, I would say this was an average experience but not hightly dissatisfying.

Not effective & not able to get refund The device is small and requires use 5x per week on each area to supposedly see improvement. After spending hours upon hours each week to see results, I did not. More importantly, this business does not stand behind their product. I have been trying to return the device for refund for weeks, with the run around. I have jumped through the hours of pointless activities and now the business is non-responsive. At this time I have accepted that I was scammed by this company so it is my goal to share my experience on every platform I can find to prevent others from buying this product.
