They kept their word So after posting my initial review I got an email from the company apologizing for my experience and I was told they were sending out a package with my original order free of charge. I thought it was a nice gesture and intended on posting about it once I recieved the package. They did send me a package with some products so I wanted to make note of that and thank you.

Highly recommend I have been using these product for over a year now. I’m in my 50’s and the eye serum is amazing for those “fine lines” around the eyes. Orders can take a while to ship to Canada sometimes but you order in bulk (which is cheaper) and plenty of time it’s not an issue. Highly Recommend.

I had an ordinay experience with… I had an ordinay experience with gleskin.com. Althoug the website is easy to use, the products could be improved. The prices are quite reasonable and customer service was alright. Shipping options are limited when compared to other sites. Issues were sometimes solved quikly, other times it took no time. I didn't have to use the return policy. All in all it was an almost good experiance.

Not happy Jenny!! Not happy Jenny!! I placed my order on or about 24 June. I received an order confirmation saying that I would receive a dispatch notification in the next day also. Then the emails started coming from Glè: “The product you ordered is currently unavailable. Our trusted supplier of high-quality premium ingredients experienced a shortage, and we refused to put anything else that was not up to par in our formulas. Please bear with us for a few more days; we guarantee your package will be shipped soon.” I ordered the bundle at a cost of $142, but Jenny will not tell me which item in the bundle is compromised. In fact, since I asked for a refund, I’m not getting any response whatsoever. Buyer Beware!!
