Amazing customer service and quality! We contacted Unrivaled Neon for a giant custom neon sign for our wedding. Jo and the team were so helpful, they were super prompt in all their responses and their attention to detail was incredible. The quality of the product is absolutely fantastic. We ordered an XXL sign, came packaged very well and we are so happy with it. They were even able to accommodate our special character requests for some of the letters on the sign and it turned out beautiful. Cannot wait to make it a focus point for our wedding.
