A run around with a Happy Ending Shortly after placing my order I realized that the QR code on my sticker design was no longer valid. I quickly reached out to the company and was helped by Alex. He was able to correct the design before it was actually shipped out. On date of expected delivery the package was returned to sender because I mistakenly left out my apartment number. I reached out to the post office but was unsuccessful in reversing the situation. However Arlington, the owner, called me back after I reached out to the company and walked me through my error and did everything in his power to ensure that I would receive my package in a timely manner.
