A run around with a Happy Ending Shortly after placing my order I realized that the QR code on my sticker design was no longer valid. I quickly reached out to the company and was helped by Alex. He was able to correct the design before it was actually shipped out. On date of expected delivery the package was returned to sender because I mistakenly left out my apartment number. I reached out to the post office but was unsuccessful in reversing the situation. However Arlington, the owner, called me back after I reached out to the company and walked me through my error and did everything in his power to ensure that I would receive my package in a timely manner. A million thank you’s to Alex and Arlington and to ‘The OG Factory!’ Definitely a company I will be doing business with again in the future. -Eno Bull HotBoxin’ N Munchies

Sticker Quality is OK, but that's about it. 30% of the order was missing. I had to chase and every time I did I was told "your order is already in the mail" but what they claimed was sent, and what I video'd coming out of the packages never aligned. Also if you knew an order went out light, why wait for a customer to contact? Fishy at best. Always reactionary to my messages. To their credit, they did refund the % of missing product in the end. But I can't honestly say I would ever consider using them again. Ordering stickers should not have to be this much work for the customer.

Avoid these scammers!! Shorted me more than half of my order. The quality on the stickers I did receive were so awful that they were unusable. Blurry images and so many tears around the edges it looked like they were punched out by a drunk monkey. Customer service accused me of sabotaging my own order, saying the full number left their factory in perfect condition. Complete scammers, do not waste your time or money!!

SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK I got another email for a review and I'm happy to leave it. OG Factory stiffed me out of 200 stickers (order was for 400)...... I submitted a payment dispute with my credit card because after a month there was no attempt to correct my order. See my review posted in Aug/Sept. Shop at your own risk! First stickers where wrong size… First stickers where wrong size couldn’t use them for packaging way too big. Second hard to get a reply asked for updates and tracking number after mistake was supposed to be fix. As of yet no response to see if they shipped the actual sicker size I need. Overall didn’t like the service.
