GBDelivery should have been on 22nd… Delivery should have been on 22nd October and is now 3 November and not had a response from the site or DHL who are supposed to be delivering. Following on from printsavers reply, to me I complained, they then stated the product would be sent out next day. It didn't arrive and 3 days later they told me there was an issue and the gave me a refund. But two weeks later I ended up buying from elsewhere for a similar price.

GBAppalling Customer Service Ordered a large quantity of labels on 5th Jan (Stock item) - as of 26th Jan I have still not received the goods. Emailed the seller only to receive a reply stating that they cannot control their contracted carrier and are unable to provide tracking details. Basically tough luck!!! Given the appalling customer service - my advice to others would be avoid ordering from Printsaver
