The order process seemed easy enough but I am concerned whether I will get metallic stickers vinyl. I clearly ordered the metallic but in the order summary there were words about vinyl.

poor communication poor communication. it took multiple days to get things figured out and then was told that i had to cancel the order and reorder per the specifications of the design team. I asked on multiple emails for the gentleman to please call me so that we could resolve the issue immediately and get my stickers ordered, which never happened and therefore I did not have what I needed for my conference
