No communication or apology for… No communication or apology for shipping delay. No updates on my account. Just a robot response sending the tracking number back to me. I understand this is not controlled by your company but when a customer is frustrated there should be a “I’m sorry you are experiencing a delay in shipping, we will contact USPS and see if we can find a solution together.” I assume you pay for the shipping to be on time and insured. I have ordered 5 times and customer service has always been great. I do not know why this issue did not receive the same support.

100% recommend I'd made a mistake when placing my order and had not only left out the sample pack but had accidentally submitted the order when trying to apply my promo code. My heart sank as I assumed I was likely just out of luck on both counts but went to their contact section bc I had to at least try. I was extremely surprised to find I could quickly and easily reach a human via chat with little to no effort (before 5am no less). I've got to say I'm extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received even though this was totally my mistake and honestly not their problem but they went above and beyond to get me taken care of and everything fixed with my order right then and there and for that I'm truly grateful. Can't wait to try their transfers now and look forward to doing business with them in the future as I now know that at the very least I can count on them to good honest business and that's hard to come by these days.

Value and Quality Been using Ninja Transfers for a while now and every time it's been great results and sometimes the order arrive sooner than expected which is always a plus. Very reasonable prices, and that's coming from an avid competitor comparer; Ninja Transfers won me over every time. This business has exceptional communication. I would give an extra star if I could.
