My only (i don't want to say complaint) more of lack of Knowledge or expertise is about the product. I can only speak for myself but it's very difficult to choose a garment from an online catalog without seeing it, touching it, feeling it. I definitely would have chosen a better quality of shirts and sweatshirts.
