Happy with the Alfa Maschio I ordered Alfa Maschio from them and I received the order within a week. I ordered priority mail so it seems like they took three days to ship the order, but I was happy with the results once I tried it out. My girlfriend was more affectionate with me, and it seemed to improve my confidence. Overall I was happy with the experience and I will buy again.

No contact, no package. Thieves! Initially when I made my purchase on18 November 2022. I was trying to contact them for estimated delivery time to Europe. I was getting nervous since there was no response. A month later I received invoice for my payment and I checked tracking number for my order. Around February I was pretty upset about the fact that there was no reply to my questions. I was still waiting for the package to arrive. Eventually I checked tracking number again. It turned out that my package circled back to the company on 12 January. I confronted them about it and asked for the refund. I didn't received any explanation, my package nor my money. Be careful when you are ordering from them to Europe! Thieves!

Ordered from them 2 months ago Ordered from them 2 months ago. Still didn't receive my order. Tracking number provided doesn't work. Wrote 3 emails to them and no answers yet. They even have the audacity to write on their site "We answer within 24 hours".... yeah right... Will never shop with them ever again.

I had an ordninary experience with… I had an ordninary experience with alpha-dream.com. Nothin specail to report on thankfull. They were mediocore in terms of customer servce, asides from that they seem to provide an avarage product and an avarage service. Nothing too spectacular, nothing too bad. Sometimes their delivery was slow, but there was no reall issue with the product upon reciept. Not the best site to shop on, but it's passable. It wasn't a total waste of time, I just wouldn't consideer it to be good enough to be recomended to others.
