I had a small problem with the "show/hide" option on the effects button in Inspector being inadvertently set to "hide" meaning I could not see LUTs I was trying to apply. Jakub spent a lot of time and effort in helping me solve this problem by taking me through logical steps. Help very much appreciated!

Great customer service and products This man did not give me a work order in case I could not get my program to work. He sent me another e mail to give me a few new ideas to help me. Usually companies like to give one answer, then give me a work order to contact them again. What a wonderful company who has workers that really care about their customers. I will be forever thankful to this man in customer service, and the company who cares for their customers, even if it is the customer’s fault for problem. Saying think you is not enough for your care for people who buy your products. I am sorry it took so long to review, but I had things kept happening.donna

MotionVFX is simply the best place to… MotionVFX is simply the best place to look for worlds best quality, timesaver presets. In our case we used it to make our first documentary movie. Staff is highly responsive, all the tutorials are in products sites. Now our DaVinci Resolve is able to do magic things. I would recommend MotionVFX to all who would like to raise their production value.

Great aftersales First of all the aftersales are unmatched. I had an issue installing plugins from the app (that turned out to be a rare-case general). More than a week I was asked questions, check things, upload things and try-out a new version, which in the end solved the problem, so now I'm gonna try out. The even gave me a credit for reporting and helping out with details to solve it. (If you have had problems installing, especially not completing try out the newest version (via settings, update) or at least report your issue, they really try to solve it)

Customer service is as good as the plugins! Creating driving education YouTube videos is made so much easier with the simple to use plug-ins from MotionVFX. It wasn't until recently when some of my products didn't work correctly that I had to get in touch with customer services for the first time. The problem was quickly and easily rectified.
