Worst customer service ever Wouldn't even give this company one star! The worst customer service I have ever received. My order arrived Thursday the box was opened the same day & an email was sent to the company informing them the order was incorrect - pictures included. We are now 3 working days on and I have to wait for a full investigation before they can respond to me!!

Giant disappointment Giant disappointment. I ordered the vVardis Aletsch serum from Zalando. I got the pack yesterday. The serum is crystallized and partially evaporated. There is not even 0,5 mL left in the tiny bottle. The texture of the serum is grainy, and it is not fluid. The current texture is very similar to crystallized honey. You cannot spread it on teeth. I was expecting some quality to such an expensive product. I contacted Zalando asking for a refund. Initially, they said they would not refund because the issue is due to 'use'. Now, it seems they will accept it. I wrote to vVardis but they still have not replied me. I posted on their Facebook page and they removed it immediately. I am not sure who is doing the worst job - if it is Zalando or if it is vVardis.

Just expect to pay a lot for customs… Just expect to pay a lot for customs taxe because this compagne does not take care of it. Scammers
