I rarely write negative reviews for… I rarely write negative reviews for businesses because I believe it can harm their reputation. Even when I have a bad experience, I usually prefer not to leave a negative review. However, my experience with Scentiche has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it in the hope that they might address the issues and improve their customer service. My troubles with Scentiche began in January 2023 when my partner and I decided to venture into the perfume business. Instead of setting up our own production line, we thought private labeling could be a cost-effective option. We discovered Scentiche through a Google ad and were initially impressed by the seemingly positive reviews, which, in hindsight, might have been fake. I was contacted by a salesperson named Mohammad, who was friendly and professional. Despite their higher prices compared to other options we had researched, we chose to work with them because of their professionalism during the pre-sale process. However, our problems started as soon as they received the initial deposit of 50%. They had promised to provide us with samples within 30 days, but it took 60 days and multiple follow-ups to finally receive them. To make matters worse, the samples were of poor quality. When I requested a refund of the initial deposit, I was told it was not possible because they had already procured ingredients and materials. They claimed that if I paid the remaining balance, they would complete production within 15 days and ship the goods. I paid the remaining amount on the same day, but those 15 days turned into months. I had to constantly plead with them to ship the products. Every week, they would promise to dispatch the shipment the following Monday, but it never happened. They cited various excuses, such as holidays, delays with the courier company, and approval processes, without ever offering an apology. It seemed they had no sense of accountability, given that they already had all the payment. Finally, in August 2023, I received the delivery of goods after a grueling seven months. Unfortunately, one box was missing, and six others were severely damaged, with numerous perfumes broken. When I reported these issues and asked for assistance in filing a claim with FedEx, Scentiche claimed they had initiated the process but not sharing any claim number for me to follow up with FedEx. My experience with Scentiche has been a significant loss of both time and money, and I strongly discourage anyone from doing private labeling business with this company. They might have good customer dealing on retail outlet but private labeling business is worst ever in the World. I have posted this review 2 months ago and their sales representative reached out to me with another false promise that he'll sort out the issue within 1 month if i remove review. I did that but its been 2 months now and still there is no hope. Its our loss of thousands of dollars and lot of time. We might not able to recover our loss but atleast with this review can help and warn everyone not to get into this company's trap. If anyone need any proofs we're open to share. Wawa Najwa
