Company and customer service suck! First they responded to me email and order 2 months later..sad it went to spam folder. Recvd product and it was dried up, cldnt be used. After they responded to my email they said they’d send me extra pack of pens. Never recvd. Sent 8 emails 5 months later no response. Posted complaints with BBB.

The Worst Experience Ever My experience with WhiteSmile is the worst I've ever had with a vendor on the internet. I never received the product. When I made a claim, I was treated with rudeness and antipathy and was accused of lying. I lost $150 because WhiteSmile did not care to claim the shipping company. I bought a Teeth Whitening Kit. The tracking information said the package was delivered, but I never received it. I asked WhiteSmile to send me a signed receipt as conclusive proof of the delivery of the package, and they answered me the following: "We do not require a signature when delivering our products. You received free shipping, which drops the parcel to your address without a signature as most people are not available to sign for packages. Your package was shipped and delivered to the address you provided. There is nothing more we can do at this point." I lost $150 and felt betrayed and insulted. I would NEVER recommend anyone WhiteSmile.

Fast and professional customer service and ready to take the journey The fast customer service response and professionalism is highly noted with this company. The product just came yesterday so I have not been able to test it out yet but the packaging and presentation looks amazing. If the performance of this product is near the level of customer service and packaging this will be a major hit
