Wow... I have spent 30k with them and coulnd't have hated it more. Wow. We spent over $30k on office furniture with Poppin. They were missing multiple pieces, and 2 times in a row, they completely messed up our delivery where we actually had to carry our furniture 11 FLOORS... They apologized and didn't even get back to us... If I could give it -1 star, I definitely would... If you are thinking about working with them... Save yourself some money and time, and don't.

I ordered an adjustable desk a year ago… I ordered an adjustable desk that I spent nearly $600 for if I round up. There is a remote control that comes with the desk. On the actual desk, the pre-drilled holes aren't wide enough to screw in the remote control.....and this company KNEW this and continued to sell this desk anyway. When I called and asked about it.....they sent me a manual that basically instructs you create 2 new holes which is impossible without destroying the desk. Unacceptable and unethical to continue to sell such a pricey desk that this company KNOWS already has this issue.

Awesome customer service! I outfitted my home office with quite a few Poppin products... a couple filing cabinets, desk accessories, etc. Not only are the products first-rate, but twice I've needed to contact customer service... I locked my file cabinet keys in the cabinet by mistake. Both times the service reps were super great... friendly, listened to my problem, and took responsibility for helping me fix it. They clearly do a lot of training and empower their reps. (I say this as someone who does trainings tangentially related to customer service such as this.) They have earned a loyal customer in me!

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on December 21st and was quick to receive an order confirmation, the confirmation went on to say that I would receive tracking details within about 2 days. It is now Jan 31st 2019 and I've not had any response to all the emails i've sent them, no tracking information and no refund. I hope i've been scammed because if this is a genuine business my advice to these people is to pack up shop and go get a day job.
