No response on order I ordered two Christmas presents on the 24th of November. I got a confirmation mail immediately with a promise that I would receive a tracking link as soon as the package was shipped. They withdrew the money the same day! Now 20 days later and I have yet to hear anything else and support is not responding. The website still says they have them in stock and promises a fast delivery...
