Still haven't received I ordered this on 12/12th and still don't have it as of 12/21st. Only tracking info provided shows shipped on 12/16 but no expected date of delivery. Concerning to receive a request to provide a review on 12/21st before the product is delivered or delivery information is available and frustrating as a Christmas gift not to have this with 4 days left until Christmas! 2 stars were given instead of 1 because hopefully when it finally comes the quality of the product was worth the wait!

The cheapest product ever!!! The cheapest product ever!!! It’s not worth buying. They honestly don’t have enough people to do the job. And the people they do have are under paid and careless about the orders. Trends hired an outside agency company to hire undocumented people and underpaid on top of that smh. I wouldn’t invest in!!! Never again

Not worth the effort Package arrived on time but the way it was packaged was terrible. No support on corners or bubble wrap to protect. Frame broken all around. Spoke with customer service and explained how package should be protected. They sent us another one and this one had less protection than the first. Frame shattered. Received refund. Grandson Xmas gift ruined. These people just don't get it!

At first I was skeptical of this… At first I was skeptical of this company because they had to contact number on their website and I had no updates on my order once I placed it. It just gave me an uneasy feeling. It felt a bit untrustworthy. But I finally got my order and now I know they do deliver what I had ordered. And that’s the reason I gave 4 stars because of the uncertainty if I had ordered from a trusted website. You just never know now a days.

I bought an item on the 6th and it… I bought an item on the 6th and it shipped right away, but on the 9th it said it arrived at a USPS facility (shipped with UPS) and there have been no updates since, even through USPS.
