Very pleased with both their platform and their people. Would recommend them, and plan on working with them in the future.

Overall a good experience Overall a good experience. However, there were 3 areas we'd have liked to have been better: 1) our main contact was 'green' and not terribly knowledgeable 2) we were a bit oversold on the number of offers we were likely to get. We were told we'd likely have many offers based on our circumstances, but it felt like SF took their foot off the gas once we received the first offer and we were strongly encouraged to take it 3) the subtenant vetting process should have been more thorough/rigorous Otherwise, SF was helpful and accessible, and we would do business with them again, but we would be more vigilant above the above points.

Square Foot and Ivory Ella Brock and Rob did a fantastic job providing us with the necessary information and service to lock down an office for our brand Ivory Ella. With a strict budget and a short time frame - Brock and Rob did the impossible, getting us over a dozen viewings and multiple options for our office space. We managed to secure a location in the center of Midtown that met our term and budget requirements perfectly. Most importantly, they answered their phones whenever and no matter how many times I called. 10/10 service!

Working with SquareFoot was simple and… Working with SquareFoot was simple and easy. We had a somewhat 'different' sublease agreement, outside of the conventional landlord-tenant agreement and our agent was able to help close the deal quickly for us.

Rob is amazing! Highly recommended, don't hesitate! I worked with Rob at SquareFoot and he was awesome. Very helpful, incredibly transparent and it was clear he was working hard to get us the best deal possible. He has expansive knowledge of NY real estate in general which was so helpful and put me at ease while searching for the perfect office space. Thankfully - we found it!
