Dissatisfied I am wanting to leave a review from my stay in Lexington, KY listed from Drea. I am very disappointed in her actions as a landlord. I am being instructed I have to pay the difference in utilities due to having to run space heaters to keep the heat above 62 degrees. Hvac companies have come to the home and stated there was a problem with her system and it needed to be fixed. The house was set at 71-72 degrees and it was staying at a constant 62-64 degrees. We have a baby staying with us and his room was 62 degrees. This is unacceptable. There was a problem with the hvac and we should not be responsible for the difference. There are air leaks around all the windows, doors and fireplace, letting cold air in. I have reached out to the landlord stating her house is too cold to live it and I have sent pictures of the thermostat showing proof of it being below 64 degrees in the house in the winter especially with a baby. It was negative 20 degrees this winter. After hvac technicians fixed the problem, there were no more issues however we are being forced to pay for her systems issues. I feel like this is unjust and I’m being forced to pay for a problem she had with her system. I should have taken her to small claims court. Very disappointed in this stay and unjust payments. This is also a VERY loud apartment, if you are nightshift this is not the house for you.

The place was perfect! The place was perfect, had everything that I needed and was close to the hospital. Pictures were accurate and the communication with the host was incredible. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area again.

AMAZING PLACE, AMAZING LANDLORDS!… I cannot say enough about how amazing my stay was! Everything had been thought out in great detail, and everything one staying out of town could possibly need was provided! The thought and effort that is put into these homes is amazing! The only thing I needed to bring was myself and my clothes!! And let’s talk about the beds! These were the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on!!! Wonderful, quiet location, but still close to everything!!! If I ever come back to Lexington for work or play I will DEFINITELY see if one of these places are available! Cannot recommend enough!!!! Wonderful hosts!

Supreme find! Roomy, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood!

Cozy Home Away From Home We called our unit home for almost 6 months. It came stocked with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Location was easily accessible by foot to the downtown area. The fenced backyard was great for our pup. We felt secure with outdoor security cameras and flood lights. Unit featured keyless entry and off street parking. Our host Drea was a pleasure to communicate with and addressed all our needs promptly.
