GBExtremely disappointed Extremely disappointed. Ordered in April and have yet to receive anything. One box claims it was delivered, but I never got it. The other box has been “En Route” since May 12th. When I contacted the company regarding the box that was delivered and never received it they told me to report it to the post office and I did that, but haven’t gotten any help besides that. Their customer service is horrible and I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to report it as fraud. As well as I will be reporting them to the BBB.

CAI Ordered free babe box I Ordered free babe box, paid postage and ordered and paid for 2 extra bonus products at same time, they will not send me the bonus products so I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one and they tried to send me a second box and tried to charge me without sending my 2 paid for missing items.

GBI actually really loved this box I actually really loved this box, I recieved full size products, which I wasn't expecting honestly, I was expecting samples and maybe one full size maybe. The quality of the makeup was really great too, and I got to try some makeup that I've not heard of and wouldn't normally try.

GBI had a rocky start to this… I had a rocky start to this subscription BUT once all of the kinks were worked it got so much better. When I received my box my palette was busted. I emailed them and they responded right away and said that they would ship out a replacement. Great Customer service means SO MUCH to me when it comes to subscription boxes. I would definitely give it a try y’all!

GBI am absolutely so very happy and… I am absolutely so very happy and satisfied with the opportunity of being a SUBSCRIBER to "BABEBOX" Cosmetics. The units supplied in the monthly boxes are full size products, not small samples. Products are always items that I would love to have bought for myself and wouldn't. Thank you Babebox Cosmetics.
