Lot of work to do The convenience was nice and my clothes were clean. I’d say it was worth the price I paid, however, I actually tried multiple times to cancel the order and the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel. There is a button to cancel but it did not work. Also they lost a few shirts and two pairs of shorts and there isn’t any way on the app to handle this situation. It’s a good idea but it needs work.

No more worrying about having to do… No more worrying about having to do laundry on the weekend or ironing or having to go to the cleaners to take the clothes. My clothes comes back in perfect order, I like the way the pack the different items.

Towels with black hair and stains that… Towels with black hair and stains that previously were not in there. Some of my tshirt and top were not returned probably mixed with other clients, stay away and save your money!

On time and app is user friendly! I’ve been using Hamperapp for over two years for all of my dry cleaning needs. The app is very user friendly and they pick and deliver my clothes on a timely manner despite Dallas’s hectic traffic. Highly recommend!
