GBCan't recommend enough! Joy Displays is incredible. They're affordable, the customer service is great, and our display just came and it's incredibly high quality. We were able to set it up in <30 seconds (no joke). I couldn't be happier that we came across Joy Displays. They're going to be HUGE, and I'm so grateful for their help.

GBThe items arrived on time but… The items arrived on time but unfortunately, the end caps for our 10x10 backwall display were missing. We didn't know this until we assembled this for a conference it so it was too late to ask them to ship them. I called later and asked them to send them so I could use them for future conferences. They asked me to send photo proof that they were not received. That is like me ordering a pair of gloves in the mail, not receiving them, and the company asking me to take photos without the gloves on as proof. Completely illogical.

GBI am exhibiting for my first trade show… I am exhibiting for my first trade show and was excited to print out a banner! It took me quite a while to create a beautiful graphic for the banner up to my preferences. Once I did, I submitted the graphic to Joy Displays and to Vistaprint for my other trade show materials. When I received the banner from Joy Displays, the colors were COMPLETELY different. Mountains in my photo that were light and light blue were now a dark royal blue. It did not look like the proof. I reached out to the company and asked what could be done. The "best" they could do was charge me about ~$650 and reprint a DIFFERENT graphic (mind you, I printed this graphic on all my other trade show materials and the colors came out perfectly from vistaprint). The back-and-forth conversation took several weeks and the resolution was very poor. They obviously do not care about customer service whatsoever. If I could give less than one star, I would.

GBLiars, fraudsters and can’t be trusted, stay away. Liars, fraudsters and can’t be trusted, stay away. Display was shipped with wrong graphics so I had to order a new one somewhere else, and initiate chargeback. Joy displays called me and asked to remove negative review in exchange for a full refund. I refused because that is what reviews are for and since I already field a chargeback. To my surprise credit card reversed the credit after merchant response, I wonder what was they side of the story. Safe yourself time and money and order somewhere else.

Once you place your order, an email quickly arrives and instructs you to upload your graphics files; it's as easy as can be! Turnaround time for a proof was VERY quick, and Customer Service jumped right in if there were any questions. Products arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and great quality. They make us look great at trade shows. Overall, a clean, simple experience.”
