Will definitely order these again if necessary, though I am not sure how anyone can misplace them because of the weight of them!

Nice badges, but shipping and customer service is awful! I ordered these badges 8 days before I was leaving for a show. The poorly packed recycled envelope arrived torn open with nothing in it. I immediately called and the nice person on the phone offer a replacement order that was to be shipped to my California trade show (I’m PA based). After checking on the order, I was told the order was mis shipped to my address in Pennsylvania. When I got home, I had a set of badges for everyone that helped me at the show

Perhaps you shouldn’t automate… Perhaps you shouldn’t automate feedback. I kept getting emails about how my order went to to review the service. Upon reaching out, they say that my order hasn’t even gone through and offered to refund. Zero effort made to rectify their shortfalls.
