GBElite Home Warranty… The company seems to have a great policy when compared to other home warranty companies. I did google them and seen the BBB rating in comparison which is why I chose to go with Elite. The sales team is a bit pushy as they were calling and texting a little too much for my liking. I had to communicate what I found to my Fiancé Jennifer Diaz, new owner of the home to be sure we wanted to extend it to a 5 year warranty vs. a 1 year that is being paid by the sellers. I will update this if we have any claims and give honest feedback on how it is handled. Hopefully this is insurance I won’t need.
