From safety issues, such as the hot water being too hot to the most expensive cost, roof replacement, he did not miss a detail. Furthermore, the report was comprehensive with detailed pictures. This information is crucial when negotiating a house from out of state. I highly recommend this company.

It was so customer friendly and so customer oriented that after a single phone call I started to feel like we knew each other for a long period of time and that the inspection would be carried out not just formally following all the standards, but with the utmost care.
