After sifting through varied online reviews, I opted to order twelve items, including sofas, chairs, and desks from Eureka. Upon ordering, I was very pleased with the quick, professional response from their support team. They efficiently handled the delivery logistics, clarifying important points such as a loading dock and the manpower required for unloading. They also explained what was necessary for assembling the Ark desk, which needs at least two people due to its size and weight. In the end, I decided to choose to have Eureka pre-assemble the desk which significantly streamlined the setup process. This made the entire purchase and delivery so much easier! The delivery arrived via a dedicated box truck and was executed flawlessly. All my beautiful items arrived in pristine condition. In conclusion, Eureka surpassed my expectations. We are enjoying sleek, contemporary, quality furniture that is perfect and gorgeous in my office.

GBPoor shipment communication. I had received notice that my desk will be arriving on 8/29 via FedEx. The package arrived at my doorstep and upon opening it, I discovered it was only the desk legs and motor. NO DESKTOP!! I called customer service and they said they will provide a status in 24 hours. I received a communication the following day indicating that the desktop will be shipped by a different logistics company and they will provide a status. This company did not pick up the desk from Eureka until 8/31 and had to call me to schedule an appointment for delivery, and their first availability was not until 9/7. Eureka needs to do a better job communicating their shipments info to their customers! Also, if you have failed the customer in the initial shipment, you probably should prioritize the corrected shipment and not have them wait another week.
