Heed my advice - DON'T DO IT!!! I've been trying to get used to this 'chair' since February (it is now the end of October). I bought it on a whim after seeing a '50% off limited time offer' during a bout of lumbago - the 'limited time offer' is ongoing, and so is my back pain. Before anyone insinuates that I'm just using it wrong - please, take it out of my house, use it 'correctly' for a week or so, and get back to me with an update on how your back feels. I've tried other, more expensive kneeling chairs before buying this one, but could not justify spending £400+. However, the ones I tried were designed better. They didn't put pressure on my knees with a badly angled seat, or a material that's too slippery. My physio warned me that this kind of sitting position won't solve my problems, it'll just create different ones, and she was correct. I will now be getting rid of this monstrosity, and replacing it with something with actual back support. Good riddance!

Comfortable chair! I have been looking for a more ergonomic chair for while. A lot of the other chairs claim to help with lumber support but I would still find myself slouching and rounding my shoulders. When I sit in the kneeling chair my low back is automatically put into a more upright position and feel much better than slouching in a regular office chair. It is very comfortable and the padding is thick and good quality. The chair was easy to set up and arrived at my home quickly after ordering it. I would definitely recommend! Many of my family members tried mines out and now want their own.

This chair will revolutionize the way… This chair will revolutionize the way you sit. Its very easy to assemble and comes with everything you need including tools. High quality smooth wood pieces that fit together exactly snug. The seat cushion is very comfortable and just the right amount of fluff. The knee rests are pretty much the same. I love how my back doesn't really hurt while I'm sitting at this chair. The rocking function is nice and its really easy to gain your balance.

The chair I have been searching for my… The chair I have been searching for my whole life sitting at my desk is no longer uncomfortable, it's something I look forward too! I unfortunately don't have the best posture and when I'm sitting in this chair I don't have to fight my body to keep my back straight. The construction of the Vilno chair is solid and it's aesthetically pleasing too!

This is quite a unique shaped office… This is quite a unique shaped office chair. It has no back or arm rests. The design puts you in a kneeling position to reduce pressure on your spine. It's made of birch wood and memory foam. It was tedious to assemble but the instructions were helpful. Be sure not to overtighten the hardware as the bolts tend to strip easily.The butt and knee pads are soft and supportive but have started compressing a little after about a months use. The knee supports don't feel that sturdy when I'm using it and they tend to wobble a bit.I really love the rocking feature and I had high hopes but unfortunately using this chair did not alleviate any back pain. In fact, my lower back actually hurt more after using it. It may work great for others but it's just not a fit for me.
